Chocolate City

After all of the festivities were done, A music album from 1975 entitled Chocolate City by Parliament Funkadelic came to mind. The album cover featured the Washington Monument, Lincoln Memorial and the Capital dripping with Chocolate. Now, Washington, DC really is Chocolate City. Here is a youtube link
