ST PETE TIMES LOSES 10 MILLION DOLLARS

BOYCOTT THE ST PETERSBURG TIMES
THE BOYCOTT IS RESULTING IN MORE CANCELLED SUBSCRIPTIONS EVERYDAY

TEN MILLION DOLLAR JURY VERDICT
On August 28, 2009 a Pinellas County jury returned a verdict of $10,149,137.00 in favor of a cardiologist and former Chief of Medicine of the VA Hospital in Bay Pines, Florida.  The verdict was the result of a defamation lawsuit filed against the Times Publishing Company, parent company of the St. Petersburg Times, arising out of three articles published in the St. Petersburg Times in December of 2003.  The case, Kennedy v. Times Publishing Company, 05-8034-CI-11, was filed in Pinellas County in December of 2005.  The trial took place in August of 2009 over the course of five days.  The Plaintiff was represented by Attorney Timothy W. Weber of the Battaglia, Ross, Dicus & Wein law firm.

The St Petersburg Times refuses to pay after a jury has found what many of us already know.  THE ST PETERSBURG TIMES IS A LIAR and you cannot believe anything in it, mot even sports scores!!! After delaying the Trial for 4 years, a group of six Good people found out in five days that this newspaper prints lies.

Following a familiar pattern, Dr. Harold L Kennedy was accused of being under Federal investigatiom for financial misconduct. There is only one problem. Federal Agencies are prohibited from confirming or denying investigations.

Over six houses of worship, 7 inividuals including ministers and pastors, and five non profit organizations have faced the same bogus charge from this publication. Thier good names tarnished based upon negative information.

BOYCOTT THE ST PETERSBURG TIMES!!!!!!!!
