Dr Carol Swain is the Best

Dr. Carol Swain will become the next mayor of Nashville, Tennessee on May 24, 2018 for one simple reason.  She is the most qualified person.  She will not win because she is a woman. She will not win because she is Black.  She will win because she is the best American candidate for Mayor.  That is how it works in this country.
