In my best selling book, "The Angry Black Man's Guide to Success,"I state that you are a fool if you think that affirmative action will get you a job or a promotion. How can a black man use affirmative action when white women use affirmative sex. Barbara Walters describes her sexual affair with African-American Senator Edward Brooks, who was married at the time, as the most memorable sex of her life. It was so good, she is still describing it 35 years later.
She also admits to numerous affairs during her three marriages. Barbara Walters used affirmative sex throughout her career to get "ahead" if you know what I mean. This is just one more obstacle to my brothers in the corporate world. White women will get a promotion by any means necessary and will then crash your career. So the next time a white woman in your workplace leapfrogs to the corner office, you know how she got there. She took the Barbara Walters route.

This is unfair. Do you think all women use sex to advance?
I read your book and that's the only part that I don't agree with you.
To be a black man that has suffered and saw other suffer the discrimination because of the appearance, you are too judging.
I have met and work with amazing, smart female professionals that haven't needed sex to be in the top.
When you attack "white" women, you are also attacking black, latin, asian, etc. women.
