We approcached our law firm which we had on retainer for 4 years to handle our real estate needs and all we got were bills and more bills to the tune of $100,000.00 and no solution. In the process, we ran up 50,000.00 in billible hours for our law firm and my bank added thier legal fees to our loan balance on a property that depreciated 40%. Your unique and creative solution sounded wacky at first, esspecially when we had to add you to our deed and pay you, but it seems to be working out. You found financing where none exsisted and produced qualified buyers that we overlooked. KGA kept our project from dying and saved our reputations.
